- How did you hear about CrossFit NIKA? Internet, close to my son’s school.
- What made you come in for a No-Sweat Intro for the first time? I have been doing CrossFit for about a year before NIKA.
- Favorite WOD or movement? Snatch.
- Tell us about a friend or friends you have made at NIKA. I love my 8:30 crew!
- Biggest accomplishment thus far? Pull-ups.
- Next goal? Dubs.
- How has CrossFit helped with your job, hobby, everyday life? After my morning WOD, I’m in a good mood and have energy for the entire day.
- What is your spirit animal? Sloth. I’m very lazy and if had it my way, I would be in a hammock reading a book all day.
- Favorite song to workout to? Gangsta rap
- What advice would you give others who are thinking of signing up for a No-Sweat Intro? You will have fun while getting your physical and mental game tested to the limit.
