Led by coaches who specialize in scaling workouts for older adults, the Legends program focuses on balance, joint health, strength, and endurance that supports everyday life.
Created at the request of one of our longtime members, Legends is all about real-life strength — whether it’s handling home projects, or improving balance to reduce the risk of falls, Legends helps you feel more capable in the moments that matter.
