What is the Committed Club?
The Committed Club is a year-long program designed to celebrate your consistency, reward your dedication, and help you to stay engaged with your fitness journey. Each month, you can earn exclusive rewards for meeting attendance milestones—it’s our way of saying thank you for showing up and putting in the work!
Eligibility
- Who Can Join: All Nika Athletics members with a 2 times per week (or more) membership are eligible after completing three months of membership (including the 6-week onboarding period).
- How to Qualify: Attend classes, personal training sessions, or other qualifying events.
Rewards
- Customized Tumblers: Provided to all participants with 12 blank spaces for stickers to showcase progress.
- Monthly Stickers: Awarded for achieving Tier 1 attendance (8+ workouts per month). Unique designs for each month to display on your personalized tumbler.
- Monthly Raffle: One entry awarded to those who achieve Tier 2 attendance (12+ workouts per month). This will be a different prize each month with a value of $25+.
- Quarterly Raffle: One entry per month for those who achieve Tier 2 attendance and three entries per month for those who achieve Tier 3 attendance (16+ workouts per month). The winner will get to select from list of prize options with a value of $200+!
How to Track Progress
- Committed Club Board: Updated weekly and located in the gym; displaying members achieving the three different attendance tiers.
- Digital Updates: Progress updated weekly via the digital board in the gym, in CHIP, and announced in Facebook.

- How is attendance tracked? Attendance is automatically tracked and updated weekly.
- What happens if I miss a month? You can restart the following month.
- How do I get my monthly sticker? Stickers are distributed at the start of the following month to members with 8+ workouts in the previous month.
